こんにちは！

スタッフの春日です。

8月のスポーツプログラムは熱中症予防のためお休みが続いていたのですが、3週間ぶりに開催できました！

久しぶりのスポーツを参加者も楽しんでくれたようでした😊

健康に注意しつつ、サポステを利用する皆さんが楽しんでプログラムに参加してもらえるように頑張っていきます！
